A $3 Green Fee is added to the total of your bill for Sustainable Salons

K18 Peptide Treatment, Blow Wave & Take Home Bottle

Is your hair turning brassy from copper pipes or green from chlorine? Malibu C helps remove mineral buildup allowing for your hair to be perfectly primed for your next colour service. Mineral buildup causes brassiness or green tones in your hair, inconsistent colouring results, grey coverage challenges, rapid colour fade, and colour that fades off-tone.

POLICIES
ADJUSTMENT / REDO POLICY
We want every client to leave The Native Co feeling confident and happy with their hair. If you have any concerns about your service, please let us know - we’re always here to help. While we do not offer “change of mind” redo services, we do provide a 10-day adjustment period. If something doesn’t feel quite right with your colour, cut or finish, please contact us within 10 days of your original appointment so we can assess the result and make any necessary refinements free of charge. Adjustment appointments are designed to refine the original service (for example, a toner adjustment or small blend) and are completed in a short appointment with your original stylist. Requests for a different colour, style or result after leaving the salon satisfied will be treated as a new service appointment. If you have any concerns, please reach out to our team as soon as possible so we can take care of you.

CANCELLATION POLICY
At The Native Co, appointment times are reserved especially for you. We kindly ask that if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.​ Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment, may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service value.​ For appointments booked within the 48-hour period, we kindly ask that a minimum of 4 hours’ notice is provided if you need to cancel or reschedule.​ As a courtesy, we send appointment confirmations four days in advance to help ensure you don’t forget an appointment that may have been booked some time ago.​ We completely understand that unexpected situations can arise. Our cancellation policy helps us protect the time of our stylists and clients on our waiting list, and we always appreciate as much notice as possible.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
At The Native Co, each appointment is carefully scheduled to allow enough time for your service and to ensure the day runs smoothly for all of our clients. If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, depending on the time available, we may need to adjust or shorten your service so that we can stay on schedule for the next client.​ If your appointment needs to be shortened due to late arrival, the original service price may still apply as the time has been reserved especially for you. If there is not enough time remaining to complete your service safely or to the standard we expect, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a cancellation fee may apply in line with our cancellation policy. We always recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in and enjoy the full Native Co experience.
