A $3 Green Fee is added to the total of your bill for Sustainable Salons
A deposit of $80 is required for all appointments at the time of booking which will then be deducted from the total on the day

POLICIES
Adjustment/Redo Policy
We do not offer a “change of mind” re-do service. However we do want to ensure all our clients are 100% satisfied with their service. To facilitate this, we have a 10-day adjustment policy. If you have any concerns with your service, please contact us within ten days from your original appointment date to resolve any issues free-of-charge.
Cancelation Policy
A cancellation fee of 50% of the service value will apply for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or for failure to attend. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to contact a client on our waiting list and fill the time slot. We confirm appointments 4 days in advance, in case you may have forgotten that appointment you booked three months ago.
For appointments booked within the 48-hour period that require cancellation, please provide 4 hours notice. Otherwise, we will charge a cancellation fee.
